Accepting and warm.This is the best place in Durham! The instructors are very technically knowledgeable and skillful. Pilates has saved me a bundle on the chiropractor, the instructor is consistently up beat, changes up the routine regularly, and adept at assisting students from their curren ability level to greater strength.... more

Nice people. Two locations. Asana instruction mostly 3, some 4 stars . Level 2 Vinyasa Flow more like Power Yoga light. Meditative quality 2 stars. No music with any class, per policy.... more
