After hearing so many great things concerning this gym, I was very excited to check it out today. I went this morning, 8/17/2017 at 6:20 AM to check it out. I am convinced that providing excellent customer service is no longer an important factor for most people. There was gentleman that watched me walk in and stand at the desk waiting for assistance but never came. As I proceeded to walk around to check the place out, he then decided to come out and say something. Seeing that I was confused whether he was an employee or a person working out, I proceeded to ask was he the owner and/or manager. Instead of saying yes or no, with an attitude, roll of the eyes, and upward brow he says, "can I help you?" Baffled at the presentation, I asked again do you know who runs this place. . . and of course he replied, CAN I HELP YOU? First of all, who are you? Mind you, he was in the other room watching me and did not speak when I walked in nor when I stood at the desk so it wasn't clear who he was. As I proceeded to inquiry about the gym, there was no eye contact or anything. I am an employee in the area and was VERY excited about joining this gym on today; however, after the lack of professionalism and rude presentation that I experienced . . . I am no longer interested. Maybe it was a bad morning but for a potential customer who was not only inquiring for myself but for other employees too, well this was definitely not what I was expecting. Needless to say, I won't be back!
