From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, you are greeted with kindness and enthusiasm. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and motivating. The clientele are very friendly and provide a bit of accountability (whether they know it or not)! LOL. If spinning is not your thing, they have a variety of bar, cardio and yoga classes to attend. For any of you considering "RIDE" give it a shot...you will not be disappointed...hope to see you there!

Every class I have tried has been an excellent workout with a knowledgable and friendly instructor. But what I really love is the music!
This is the best workout you're going to get. You will be sore. The good kind of sore. Elise and Chris are true and genuine people. They will, however, kick your butt when its time to work.
