I love this yoga studio! I have been coming here for the last 2 years since I moved to Charlotte, and it is the only yoga studio I go to. The teachers are fantastic! I'm not a fan of hot yoga, and I'm so glad they offer "non hot" yoga, since it seems like every other studio in town typically just offers hot yoga! Sad that I won't be able to go anymore after moving to Philadelphia in a month, but glad I found this place and got to enjoy it for a while!!.... more

This place is INCREDIBLE! They offer amazing clinics and classes that develop community and make it so you are able to call Yoga One home! Yoga One is amazing and we are lucky to have a place like it in our community! The teachers, the staff, the trainings and programs they offer are unbelievable!
