Very quiet small and individualized nice place to workout wish they had a little more equipment and variety but still enjoyed it
They advertised a free, six week weight loss program but you actually have to pay, several hundred dollars up front & they refund it if you hit the goal they set for you. Might be motivation but the free class days & times were very limited (off peak times). I left the orientation.

Do you want results fast? If your answer is yes then I strongly recommend KokoFitClub Charlotte. The facility is modern and clean. The staff is encouraging, professional and friendly; they greet me by my first name every time. Best of all though are the results. I just completed the six week challenge and lost 29 lbs! Yes you read that right. If I did it so can you. The exercise and nutrition regimen is on point and is incredibly realistic. So what are you waiting for?

I joined Koko almost two years ago and I really enjoy working out there. The program is easy to follow and members have the flexibility of working out 24/7. The staff is very friendly and encouraging. I am always greeted by name if I workout during staffed hours.

I recently joined the KoKo fitclub after a trial period of 30 days. They are so different than the traditional gyms where I always found it difficult to stay motivated. There are three parts to the programs here, Cardio, Strength, Fuel. Both Cardio and Strength has different levels(Moderate/Intermediate/Advanced) that can be tried and is completely guided over audio coaches/screen instructions. The fuel plan gives you different healthy choices we could make every day. The trainers are always very helpful and motivating. There has never been a day where I felt reluctant to head to gym, because once am there, all I need to do is get on the machines and start doing what's been programmed for me. I am sure I will be in great shape when I am going to continue with them. KoKo rocks for me!!!!! Definitely recommend for anyone who would want to look and feel great.

A great "no lunks" personalized workout. Quick, efficient, effective.
BEST. PLACE. EVER!
I've been going to Koko for 2.5 years. The way it works is: you chose a program "Burn", "Build" or "Protect" and then you choose a level "Moderate", "Intermediate" or "Advanced". The workouts get loaded onto a USB thumb drive that you plug into the machine. The screen tells you what exercise to do, what weight, # of reps and then you need to keep with the pace (lift/ lower) according to screen. You can adjust the weight if needed. The exercises are different each workout (you set your range of motion for each the first time you do it). There is a strength test about every 12 workouts where you perform a standard set of 4 exercises. The results of each workout is recorded on your USB drive and then you "sync up" before you leave. You can see the stats and trends online (calories burned, weight lifted, etc.) and you can also see your progress based on the strength tests. My strength gain is currently 59%! If you're a data person, this is the place for you! There is also a machine that measures your BMI electronically (more accurate than the typical weight/ height ratio).
In addition to the strength training, there is a cardio portion of the program where you listen to a MP3 player and follow the instructions to adjust the treadmill or elliptical machine. The elliptical machine is a great workout! Finally, there is a food/ diet program to go with it all, but I haven't tried that part.
Give it a try. It is a great workout regime on it's own or can be used as a foundation/ supplement to activities like running and yoga. This is the only routine workout I've stuck with because I can go on my own schedule and I can see and feel the results.
Awesome work out great concept!
A great way to have the benefit of a trainer experience with the efficiency of working out on your schedule
