Great Friendly atmosphere. Classes are challenging but fun. You learn a lot. Kru Tai is the one of the best.

Excellent gym and Muay Thai instructor. The gym is hard to find at first. Go to the back of the main parking lot and the gym is in the parking garage area on the left.

Great instruction and technica,l intense workout.enjoyed the comradary as they welcomed me in the train even though I was an out of town visitor .
