I waited 3 years to write this and I make the drive from Lake Norman regularly and As an undefeated Retired Pro Boxer I can honestly say this is my favorite Boxing Gym I have ever been to for fitness, mittwork, bagwork and sparring if I want! Coach James is a no BS trainer with a wealth of knowledge but more importantly a True Passion for teaching and inspiring others to be their best in and out of the ring. All of the trainers here share a passion for boxing that creates a Home where those who aren't there to get better and put in the work dont stick around long. This gym has a full schedule of classes and every weightlifting and strength & conditioning tool you need to get in fight shape or simply the best shape of your life! This is hands up the best boxing gym in the area if not the South East. I have trained all over the country in a variety of styles. What really sets Dyme apart from other gyms is that this gym has coaches with the skills and experience of training hundreds of athletes from ameature and pro to Olympic level, they bring that experience and the lessons from those experiences to every session, they communicate well with the students and push you HARD.
I love Dyme! Coach James has truly taught me boxing techniques and given me the best workouts of my life! I LOVE the noon classes. It is an awesome lunch workout and the energy is high. I love Coach's patience with me and his ability to kindly push me to the next level! Thank you!

Serious Boxing and Fitness for everyone! I really enjoy working out at Dyme. I have had great boxing, weightlifting, and cardio workouts there & highly recommend it for everyone. Everyone at the gym is very easy to get along with and serious about working out.

Started training at this gym about a month ago, by far the best gym I've been a member of. Great trainers, positive atmosphere, facilities are clean and have all of the equipment I need for both boxing and weightlifting.
I take my son here for boxing, they have good novice classes and good for exercise and discipline. Always clean and the place is well air conditioned at their new location.
