Beginners welcome! I waited 3 years to write this and I make the drive from Lake Norman regularly and As an undefeated Retired Pro Boxer I can honestly say this is my favorite Boxing Gym I have ever been to for fitness, mittwork, bagwork and sparring if I want! Coach James is a no BS trainer with a wealth of knowledge but more importantly a True Passion for teaching and inspiring others to be their best in and out of the ring.... more
