I appreciate Randy who is very patient and inforative. I'm sure all his students could learn to be a well trained to go, from the foundation up.. One Center Yoga is awesome! I can choose from classes 7 days a week and I love that they have classes for all levels of students.... more

Great teachers. I love Amy. Lots of class offerings and convenient times. $10 class options are economical and allow for more frequent drop-ins. Zoom classes have been a great addition.... more
