Very quiet small and individualized nice place to workout wish they had a little more equipment and variety but still enjoyed it. They advertised a free, six week weight loss program but you actually have to pay, several hundred dollars up front & they refund it if you hit the goal they set for you.... more
A lot of equipment. Just wish it stayed open to at least 8pm.. Its perfect! Get it in before work! Lots of equipment for a office park fitness center, clean and usually not crowded so can do what you need.... more
I haven't gone since the outbreak but i will always love Harris Y!. Clean and tidy. Members and employees clean up after themselves. Only downside is that by being an express location machines/space is limited.... more
Have been a member and visiting for years. Staff is a big reason that this place ranks high for me. Facilities are decent but cannot beat the location. Decent class selection. Really handy for a post work , workout.... more
I got an induction massage yesterday, and when I arrived the door was locked and no one was there. The masseuse was 10 mins late and texted me only 5 mins before my appt started. My massage was also cut short 10 mins- starting at 12:50 and ending at 2:10.... more
This place is INCREDIBLE! They offer amazing clinics and classes that develop community and make it so you are able to call Yoga One home! Yoga One is amazing and we are lucky to have a place like it in our community! The teachers, the staff, the trainings and programs they offer are unbelievable! For for two children under 5 years old, it was only $5 and unlimited fun for both kids...they never wanted to leave.. Attended a birthday party here and it was very nice.... more

This is a TRUE Yoga School. The only focus is making elite and educated Yoga Instructors. The owner Lizzy Hoffmann is genuine and dedicated to her students. She continues to reach out to students after graduation with offerings to continue growth.... more
Not a big place, has some older equipment but is 24 hours, nice staff, very clean and never really crowded during peak times made up for anything it may have been lacking in size or equipment.... more
