I don't even know where to begin with the positive things I have to say about this place! I have always enjoyed working out, but would get bored lifting at a regular gym. I tried my first class at HiiT it With Britt 3 years ago, nervous of course to walk into a new place that was full of people but from day 1, there was nothing but love and support.... more

This place is awesome!!! Had so much fun. It says it on the website to show up 20 minutes before class, and it's necessary. There are some introductory stuff you need to know. I have done some TKD and self-defense before and I should've got there 10 minutes sooner.... more
When I first walked into Jai, one woman went running up to another one and gave her a flying hug. I was then warned that if I kept coming I would get hugged too. That's a pretty good picture of the openness and welcoming vibe at this studio.... more
I will start with the good. They have a lovely facility that is clean and they are reasonably quick to repair any damages to floor mats caused by weights dropping. The 6:00 AM traffic was favorable and the showers were always clean with the other members always acting in a respectful manner.... more
