I am absolutely loving my PACK Membership! I first got hooked during the Corp Fit Challenge (January 2019), and I look forward to these small-group style classes each week. There's just something about the classes that's been an incredible motivator. Each class is different, even if you're training with the same trainer and attending the same times each week. Here's why: Even though you might be doing the same things and working the same areas, the trainers really put put thought into running you through different circuits, routines and exercises so each PACK experience feels unique.
As someone who looooves cardio, but may not be as comfortable when it comes to strength training, these classes have been a Godsend. They successfully blend both elements, and - even more impressive - they're fun! Combined with a reset on nutrition awareness and mindfulness, these classes have helped me lose 25 pounds since January! Christian was our Corp Fit Coach, and he's been fabulous. I appreciate how he took the time to learn our names, and continues to check in with not only our progress in PACK, but how we're doing in our day-to-day lives as well. The other trainers make a sincere effort as well!
Kudos to the Metro Fitness team for being welcoming and delivering a positive, friendly gym experience without being intimidating. :-)
