Best gym ever! To me the bathroom is very important anywhere I go, and the bathroom in this location is spotless. They have everything you need, from lotion to towels, to different equipment, different classes, they even have a dryer machine for your swimwear.... more
I worked at this location for 4 months. From January 2018 to April 2018. As everyone can see from the comments the issues at this location started way before I worked there. I did as much as I could to fix as many issues as I could and anyone who was a member there knew I had an open door policy for ALL members.... more
My wife canceled her membership 7 months ago New York sports club continued to bill us we spoke with managers every month to no avail we had to call our bank and put a stop to New York sports club otherwise we would still be getting billed.... more
Very rude staff and locker rooms are dirty. Who ever owns this gym needs to fire there staff. I once heard a staff member tell a customer she was taking too long to change in the locker room.... more
