Always a refreshing workout. Makes you feel like a baby again! Nice and clean! :-). An excellent physical workout, maybe less so a mental one. Smells like any bikram studio, but you get over it in a few minutes.... more

Hi, warning do not fall for the ...."packages with the no expiry" like I did. I arrived and simply wanted to pay for 1 session, as I travel ALL the time. The receptionist kept insisting what better value it was to get a value pack, I told her clearly it wouldn't work for me because of my travel, she told me "it doesn't expire".... more
Been going for almost a year, the people seem extremely friendly and helpful. The machines are mostly in brand new conditions. Excellent gym but with the new management it's hard to ignore the racial tension exhibited by them.... more
Staff is very helpful.and a very clean place to workout.. Many fitness machines and weights for the relatively small space it has. But be prepared for a first time goer as the air is extremely thick and takes some getting used to .... more
Classes are great but one of the blonde tall staff was very rude and is missing the soulcycle positive culture. Very pushy and not helpful and always has a scowl.on her face. I come here for positivity in a fast paced city, not to be bullied by a woman who is missing the point why people go to soulcycle.... more
