A great gym ... all the equipment you could need for an effective boxing work out. Coach Nelson does an excellent job of keeping you working throughout ensuring maximum participation and team spirit. Well worth a visit if you're looking to learn to box, shed some weight or just want a hard cardio workout.

Awesome class with Coach Nelson! He brings boxing knowledge & intensity to create a great experience adapting to each individual in the group from beginner to pro. & at the end you get to learn the Supreme Team Boxing handshake to welcome you to the team! Boom!
