LOVE this studio and the 1-hour classes. A great work-out that won't take up your whole day. If you're really in the mood for a 90-minute class, check out the noon class on the weekends.

Bought this session through Groupon, however was a scam. The Brooklyn yoga school has no connection to Groupon and have been selling this scam since December! I did however get to join the class anyway and loved it. Definitely recommend and will go again. It is a walk in session - there is no prepaid groupon/coupon!
I have been to this donation-based yoga studio many times and have enjoyed each experience. All instructors are warm and welcoming, but I especially like classes offered by co-founder and director, Lily Cushman (usually on Tuesday nights). Her classes are open to all levels and I feel surprisingly comfortable as a relative beginner.
A $5 - $20 donation for a 90-minute class is a great deal. I recommend arriving about 20 minutes early if you care about picking your perfect spot. If you don't care where you put your mat, arriving 10 minutes early is fine.
Fantastic place! A perfect place to calm your mind. The room is a bit smaller than it may seem, but is never overcrowded. Definitely worth a try.
