Began at this location while recovering from horseback riding accident that prevented me from doing any weightlifting. It is a good day if the AC is working; the TVs stay broken indefinitely; and you won't find 1/3 of the equipment they have at 73rd, 80th, or 95th. That said, it is the most beloved gym I have ever gone to. Because, with the exception of a few, the clientele are not hard core, it is laid back, quiet, and not the "typical" gym atmosphere. Even after healing from my injury, I kept and keep coming back.
This is the smallest gym of the company, It has anything you need in order to have a quick workout, in prospective of bodybuilding and powerlifting, equipment may fall short but you can find away around it and create your own workout. The energy of the gym seems very private, never crowded and friendly staff. If this gym gets proper renovation and a small revamped layout more people will discover this hidden gem!

I purchased a 1 month trial membership. The membership team at this club fraudulently signed me up for a recurring monthly membership, using a fake credit card so I didn't know and didn't get bills. I only discovered this incidentally. I got passed around by multiple agents who agreed I never signed up (no signed contract) and promised to resolve the account and balance. Then, 5 months later, they sent the bill to collections which impacted my credit score. I am still working to resolve this.
DON'T SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING AT THIS GYM UNLESS YOU LITERALLY WANT TO GET ROBBED BY NYSC.

The gym was well appointed with plenty of equipment. A nice but small studio for classes. The locker and shower area were a little small but clean and well maintained. The manager Jeury (pronounced Jerry) was very helpful. Our visit was during the week early afternoon and was not crowded. If you live in this area it would be a convenient location. This location has no Sauna or steam room.

Small one-level gym with a small locker room, but fortunately not usually crowded.
Horrible place, total rip-off. Charged my Company credit card for 2 years after cancellation and then refused to refund the full amount of overcharge unless I signed an agreement not to tarnish their lousy reputation!
The gym is definitely compact, but the location is great and there's never a line for any equipment you'd like to use. There's also a ton of cycling classes to sign up for if that's your thing.

A bit disappointing that there are only lever assisted machines for bench press. The staff was very friendly. The weights were all organized on racks. The main reason I will not be visiting this location again, is that the locker room is horrendous. While the small size could be overlooked, it is just too filthy. The showers were grimy and cringe-worthy (and there are only two, so upkeep should be simple!). I need use of the shower, as I workout before heading to work - when I showered there were two large centipedes or silverfish crawling on the wall.
