I'm super lazy... but through Bootcamp Republic I got the tools I needed to jump start my personal fitness goals and get back into the gym.
While the term "bootcamp" invokes an authoritative trainer screaming "drop and gimme five" or "is THAT ALL you've got??" this is definitely a more encouraging experience. I was nervous about my chances at surviving my first class of the first cycle since I was way off the charts in terms of fitness. In fact, I usually finished my running challenges later than everyone else but I absolutely appreciated my trainer Gary's calm energy and humor as he motivated and reassured me that I could do it. The classes sizes were small, so I could never hide in the throng and "cheat myself" and the other ladies were also very encouraging when I had that look on my face that said "I just can't". But that was a long time ago...

Now, thanks to Gary & Bootcamp Republic, my stamina and my motivation to work out on my own at home/gym have been re-instated! I still register for a Bootcamp session every few months to reinforce and challenge myself.

I never thought I would like boot camp. However, it has been a great experience. I am now starting my 4th round and seeing great results. My instructor Krystal is the best. She is a great teacher and continues to push me so that I can see results. I recommend it highly!! I can't wait to start next class.

I been attending Bootcamp Republic classes for two summers now. I've only been doing the 6 am classes on the UWS and Brooklyn Heights, and have to say that there is no better feeling than leaving class feeling energized and strong as I start my days. The instructors are attentive, ensure that you perform the exercises properly and will adjust the class to your level, providing options to either intensify or relax your workouts. Highly recommended!

The Bootcamp Republic experience has been life changing. In basically one three-week session, I started to see the difference in my fitness level, both cardio and strength. I have have kept it up with the encouragement and support of the BR team, and I feel better than I have in the past 5 years.

The trainers (John, Joe, Annette) that I have worked with are excellent. They know their stuff, know how to motivate, tailor exercises to each person's needs, push you to the next level and, most of all, are engaged in your success. The hour and half sessions are just long enough to put in that extra effort that can help make a difference between an OK workout and great one. I can't think of any better way to start the day than to pump up your heart rate and fitness level than through Bootcamp Republic.

Also, BR is well organized and managed and the admin team is quite responsive and accommodating. It is well worth giving a try.

Bootcamp Republic is amazing! I have participated in multiple bootcamp programs and Bootcamp Republic is by far the best. From all of the locations and times to choose from to the responsiveness and flexibility of the management, Bootcamp Republic stands out from the very start. The classes are small and the instructors very knowledgeable. Each class is a challenge and the staff work with you to make sure you are achieving your goals. I am looking forward to my next session already.

Bootcamp Republic is great! The work-outs are challenging yet fun. The atmosphere and group dynamic is really wonderful. You feel as though everyone is there to support one in another in their work-outs rather than in competition with each other! It's an awesome work-out.
