I'm super lazy... but through Bootcamp Republic I got the tools I needed to jump start my personal fitness goals and get back into the gym. While the term "bootcamp" invokes an authoritative trainer screaming "drop and gimme five" or "is THAT ALL you've got??" this is definitely a more encouraging experience.... more
