Chaise is by FAR my favorite workout in NYC. The instructors are incredibly motivating, yet challenging in order to get you to achieve your results. There are a wide variety of classes to take to keep it interesting and switch it up, not to mention, will target different muscle groups so you really are getting a full body workout. I would recommend to anyone who wants to see results while having a great time in class!

ChaiseFitness is my favorite class in the city! I have never been able to consistently stick with one workout before discovering Chaise. They offer a variety of classes that are suitable for all levels, and all of the instructors are super hands on and work with you to achieve your fitness goals. I truly feel I am in the best shape of my life from Chaise. I love it!

Chaise Fitness is an incredible small Pilates-inspired studio. It has truly changed my life. The staff, classes, and amenities are top-notch. It's great for all types of fitness enthusiasts as their classes vary in level of intensity. Their attention to detail and dedication to each client is what truly separates it from other large studios. I can't live without it!

I have been going to Chaise for about 5 years now and it is by far my favorite boutique studio in NYC. The instructors are so friendly and so motivating! They all truly care about your experience and your results. The classes are small so it is very intimate, you get one on one attention which is really hard to find in the city. I have scene amazing results over the years and because they always switch up the classes- it never gets old. I highly recommend ChaiseFitness!

I've loved Chaise since it first opened in Flatiron. I had done years of Pilates but the first class left me a sweaty mess and I was hooked after 3 sessions. Everyone is so friendly and caring from the owners to the front desk and instructors. They are often revamping the classes and types of workouts offered so there's always a new challenge. The instructors are attentive and get to know the clients so they help hold you accountable to your personal best. I think I've held onto my apartment just so I can stay in walking distance of Chaise.

I absolutely love Chaise Fitness. I've been going to the studio for over 4 years and continue to enjoy every class. Initially, the classes seemed intimidating so I booked a private Reinvention session with an instructor. It proved to be a wonderful introduction and I was able to transition easily to the group classes. It's not necessary to book a private session but certainly very helpful. All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The owners Rachel and Lauren Piskin are AMAZING and make you feel so welcome. The studio offers a great variety of classes (many which I was able to take throughout my pregnancy) and will certainly challenge you and make you SWEAT. I just had the pleasure of trying their latest addition, Chaise Bands Sculpt, with Rachel and loved it!

Their workouts are challenging and there's enough variety in their classes to choose from. They made this person who never worked out before love fitness! Now at the age of 44, I look and feel better than I did in my 20s!

I have been going to Chaise for nearly 2 years now and still as enthusiastic about it as my first class. The turning point for me was a 60 day Body Challenge where I saw the greatest impact to my overall fitness and dropped a number of sizes. I would highly recommend Chaise to anyone looking for a barre style workouts that offers a number of different styles and intensities.

My favorite workout in NYC!! The owners, Lauren and Rachel are amazing. Treating each client with respect and care. They are constantly updating their classes to make them more diverse and challenging. And the teachers are all helpful, quick to make corrections and offer alternative suggestions throughout the workout to fit to each persons need.
