Back in college I was working out basically every day and one day I did a heavy squat day. It wasn't until a few days later I noticed something in my groin didn't feel right. I immediately thought it was a hernia and a few doctors all agreed it was not a hernia, but didn't have an answer for what it was. I saw several different specialist with varying opinions, x-rays, cat scans, and an MRI. I even ended up at the Mayo Clinic and they told me I had a tightened muscle that wouldn't release. They ended up telling me to go to physical therapy which did little. Flash forward 10 years. I'm still in pain and it's getting worse, my body was essentially bending itself inwards causing me to be in pain if I was walking for too long or too active for the day in general. My girlfriend dances with Ruth and recommended I talk to her to see if she could help ease my pain at all. After the first session I felt better than I have felt in a long time and each session the past several months has pushed the progress further. She has shown me several different exercises and stretches to specifically target my problem that I have been able to use on a daily basis at home to speed my recovery along. I have no doubts with her help I will be 100% in the near future. Ruth listened to me and knew how to help from the start and was able to suggest some supplements that were beneficial for me to add to my diet. I cannot say enough great things about her and how she has helped me. Thank you Ruth!!
