The massage experience with Ruth at Fully Centered is so engaging and powerful that it is hard to express in words.

I have been working with Ruth at Fully Centered for sometime now and what I find most striking is that she can tell exactly where I need the most work and attention before the session even starts.

Ruth is intuitive, professional and kind.

I now book Ruth weeks in advance as her schedule fills quickly due to her devoted following.

Thus it is with great pleasure and reservations that I highly recommend her!!!!

Don't take my massage time!

If you are in pain (or suffer from chronic pain), book an appointment with Ruth at Fully Centered RIGHT NOW! She will zero-in on the problem, work her magic, and even send you home with some tips on how to keep the pain at bay. I have been to A LOT of massage therapists and there is NO ONE in New York who can do what she does. Stop suffering and go see Ruth!!!

I first started seeing Ruth at Fully Centered in September after I injured my knee while running. She was referred to me as someone who knows how to treat athletic injuries, and boy did she deliver! Even after my first visit with her, I went from limping to walking with much less pain. I have since seen her consistently ever since then for massage therapy at least once a month. I cannot express enough how much she has helped me recover from this injury. However, she is also wizard beyond athletic treatment if you're looking for a relaxing massage or other type of treatment. She may be small, but her hands work magic!

Ruth at Fully Centered is amazing!! She helped me fix long-term issues that I was told were as good as they could get. She helped fix me, and gave me exercised to correct mis-alingment. I am stronger than before and so happy. Ruth is fantastic!!!

When I first started seeing Fully Centered for massage I had very tight shoulders, lower back pain and tight hips. She release them completely and gave me exercises or stretches to do that would prevent that from happening again. Also, since I am a fitness instructor I put a lot of pressure on my wrists and can easily hurt them. Continuing to have to teach classes with a hurt wrist would only cause more damage, potentially long term. Thankfully Fully Centered was able to fix my wrist pain without a problem so I don't have to worry about not being able to teach. She is seriously a lifesaver!! I've also been to Fully Centered for nutritional information and can honestly say she is the most knowledgeable person I know about the human body. I'm a very active person with several jobs and little time. When it comes to nutrition, Fully Centered helps me find strategies to prioritize what I need most to give me more energy. I feel so much better now with her help in both areas. And when I come to her with questions she always has several options for me to try as well as helpful tips such as the best places to shop around.

Back in college I was working out basically every day and one day I did a heavy squat day. It wasn't until a few days later I noticed something in my groin didn't feel right. I immediately thought it was a hernia and a few doctors all agreed it was not a hernia, but didn't have an answer for what it was. I saw several different specialist with varying opinions, x-rays, cat scans, and an MRI. I even ended up at the Mayo Clinic and they told me I had a tightened muscle that wouldn't release. They ended up telling me to go to physical therapy which did little. Flash forward 10 years. I'm still in pain and it's getting worse, my body was essentially bending itself inwards causing me to be in pain if I was walking for too long or too active for the day in general. My girlfriend dances with Ruth and recommended I talk to her to see if she could help ease my pain at all. After the first session I felt better than I have felt in a long time and each session the past several months has pushed the progress further. She has shown me several different exercises and stretches to specifically target my problem that I have been able to use on a daily basis at home to speed my recovery along. I have no doubts with her help I will be 100% in the near future. Ruth listened to me and knew how to help from the start and was able to suggest some supplements that were beneficial for me to add to my diet. I cannot say enough great things about her and how she has helped me. Thank you Ruth!!
