Beginners group class not great for beginners... no real instruction on form, just names of punches shouted out. No personal direction.
Atmosphere and music are cool; might be good if you already know the right form and the types of punches.
How can you suppose to see the trainer and learn in the super dark with little blue light? I was able to stay 8 mins, already got a heavy headache and depressing feeling. I left right after 10mins. Plus the room was so packed and small with that amount of people. Horrible and pricy experience!
Front desk very friendly and booking a class is super easy. Take advantage of those first timer deals. If its your first time I would recommend taking Lindsay's class. She pays attention to every student in class, pauses with you and shows you the proper way. She also shows a lot of love of the craft and to the students. Warning, once you start taking Shadow boxing you will be hooked, as I did.

Really great, airy studio. Super clean and reasonably sized showers and locker rooms. The workout is on a bag the entire time and is very high intensity. Not the most technical boxing group class but a kick ass sweat sesh. You might not become a better boxer in the group sessions but you'll burn a lot of cals. High energy, gorgeous instructors are a plus.

What a wonderful night. Thanx to all
Amazing facilities but it's not boxing. Ok workout. Sexy space. But you won't turn into Canelo Alvarez here.
Amazing instructors and killer workout! If you want fun, to learn or refine skills come here!!
Tough workout and phenomenal facilities....locker rooms are outstanding! A must try for fitness enthusiasts.
Decent boxing class - energy and music was great, but felt like it was lacking instruction and intimacy for the price ($34 a class). The instructor didn't really pause to tell you how to do certain moves properly and would string together complicated sequences that made it hard to follow along. The place is really dark, lots of motivational pep talks, and it can get super busy.
Try to reserve bags closer to where the trainer is to be able to see what he's doing, and go 15 mins beforehand to set up. Costs $4 to buy wraps, $1 to rent gloves and $4 for water I believe
