This gym has all the necessary equipment and i like this think all the trainer were very friendly. They teach effective exercises to the people. The diet plan they provide was superb overall nice.
The gym floor sucks but the atmosphere is amazing.
Pretty nice gym. The work out space rivals equinox, but at half the price - even though the layout is a bit awkward and doesn't make much sense. Locker rooms are much nicer than NYSC, but definitely not equinox quality. This location has a steam room and even a whirlpool with two gigantic palm trees that extend upward through the ceiling into the workout room above. You can see this in the main photo. The staff is as friendly as gym staff can be, and the other gym people seem nice, office type people. There's even a climbing wall, which I'm not sure I'd ever use but it's nice to have.
