Really great exercise. Nice instructors. Sales team is a bit pushy.
I love OTF Chelsea. The coaches are sooo nice, patient and helpful. Everyone makes you feel so welcomed. Love it!
This location is my 51st OTF studio visited and I loved everything about it. Staff is very responsive in helping book classes and answering questions via texts. Special shout out to Lauren and Chris for being helpful, attentive, warm and welcoming even at 5:30 am on this wet, stormy morning. Great energy from the coaches. Studio provides the usual OTF facilities (lockers, rest rooms and changing areas) and TOWELS. Highly recommend!
I love OTF. It's become a part of my life and has transformed my body. The classes are fun and the coaches keep you accountable. Since joining, I've lost weight and am more toned. I can't remember the last time I've been in such good shape. The coaching is really great - my running form is better and my speed is significantly faster. Nathalia and Trevor are my favorite coaches, but everyone there is wonderful.
Orangetheory Chelsea is great! The trainers really motivate you to do your best. All the desk staff are welcoming and helpful.
The workout was intense but motivating. Kelsey paid a lot of attention to technique and form while supervising the class. At no time did I feel not including even with the bigger class size. I would definitely recommend these classes to anyone in their fitness journey.
My experience at Orange theory was amazing. The staff was so personal and welcoming and really took the time to understand what I was looking for and to set me up for success. The workout itself was incredible. It combines all the best elements of so many of the popular workouts around and left me feeling like I had the best workout I could remember. The instructor paid close attention and was excellent. I cannot wait to go back.

This location is absolutely fantastic, I've visited over 10 different studios due to moves and business travel and I've never felt more welcome and "at home" with this studio. Andrea went above and beyond to help me transition studios after a move from Seattle, also made me feel special on my birthday in a new city with no friends. I can honestly say the customer experience and friendliness at this studio from the whole staff has made me feel like I have a place where I know I'll see a friendly face. Thank you Andrea and Chelsea staff!!

It is simple DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP. Unreliable app will not allow you to schedule sessions and you must call or email. Really, who would sign up for that, I believe no one in this day and age especially when they also are unreliable when it comes to answering calls.
IN RESPONSE: There is nothing slow about me actually I work with UI (User Interface) everyday, developing them. You have charged me as a member and yet if I go into the app and try to book the screen goes to a purchase menu. Let's do the math, I already paid why am I being promoted to pay again. YOUR APP DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY.
To those thinking about signing up check out the reviews at BBB Better Business Bureau. Lots of people say the app does not work.

I love working out with the coaches at OTF Chelsea. Jess and Trevor really know how to pump me up and the front desk staff is so friendly. Best workout in NYC with the nicest people!
I really had a great workout the first time I went there. I was doing so well and burning massive amounts of calories. There was a coach there, I won't say who, but he just kept pushing me even though I told him about a minor injury. Lo and behold, the injury got worse. I appreciate the coach's enthusiasm, but you have to listen to your clients. Your zeal to make us fit shouldn't overcome our objections.

Great cardio workout and an amazing supportive team to guide you in your fitness journey!

The coaches and staff are amazing and welcoming. The workouts hard but you leave with a smile on your face!
Great staff all around, and I love the amenities this facility offers. The workouts kick butt, and coaches are very motivating, even though I feel like I'm dying on the treadmill, I inevitably survive!
Super hard metrics based workout. I find it to be the most efficient method of working out and a good mix of cardio and weights. It's long enough that you get 30 minutes of treadmill and 30 minutes of weights.
Great classes- all the instructors are high energy and the other participants are motivating, kind, and there to do #work.
Terrible sales policies that do not allow refunds for unsatisfied customers under any circumstance.
Facilities were nice. People at front desk were helpful and professional. Coach was very clear with instructions. You always knew what you were doing next and for how long.
I have been to Orange Theory in many different cities and the Chelsea studio is Great. I will be back. Dave
I love the OTF classes and coaches. Best workout and went for over 18 months. However, I would not trust this gym and company with my credit card information and caution anyone to join.
I tried to cancel and gave company 30 day notice per their policy. Even though I have been charged on same day for last 1.5 years, when they downgraded my acct, they changed my billing date without letting me know. As such, they claim I did not cancel in time and charged me another month's fee. The manager Monet refuses to refund me the money and it was a nightmare to even get her on the phone to discuss the matter.
I am incredibly disappointing how they treat customers and loyal ones. The coaches are amazing and love the workout but will not be coming back.
Was sold a block of classes under false pretenses. Told the sales associate that I wanted a gym to workout at around the country, they assured me this would work. Find out that it is an extra $20 to drop in at locations in other cities. Very disappointed in not just the policy but the duplicity in sales tactics. Would not recommend.
Justin the instructor is the best!!! I initially gave them 5 stars but after they fired my favorite instructor... I had to revise my review...so disappointing
It was fine. I tried 4 different times to get my heart monitor to work, I'm sure most people have better luck. I think it's a little confusing for beginners but I can see why people love it. This is definitely a good workout no matter what.
