The classes are great! I attended my first class via Classpass and am definitely feeling it today. It's not your "typical weights class" (if there is such a thing). The weight lifting is done at a speed, combining movements like lunges, and squats. Definitely recommend it for people looking to do something other than run on a treadmill and do tricep dips!

Courtney Paul is a funny enthusiastic trainer and you can tell he really loves training people. The classes are good and challenging but can be scaled down. 4 stars because of there single bathroom and 2 changing rooms.
