These guys border on the criminal. After having to leave for London in the summer I asked to cancel my contract, which after talking with one of the assistant managers there, they said was fine. I assumed that everything would be ok, the billing stopped and as any reasonable person would assume: that was that. Oh boy was I wrong. In September I found that my account had been debited so I contacted them to speak about it. I spoke to another seemingly helpful individual called Brittany, who talked me through the notes of what her colleague had posted. Apparently he didn't cancel the contract, but put it on "pause". Again, while wondering how this was my problem, I provided evidence of my lease and address in London, to which Brittany assured me that this would be sorted out, my contract finally cancelled and the funds refunded. Wrong again. So after emailing Brittany several times (to no reply) asking where my refund was, I found that 3 months later more money had left my account to them. After calling and emailing (no replys right until the end) several times, Brittany finally emailed me back saying everything was rectified and the refund would be in my account. Not only was this not the case, but she actually took more money out of my account. As of now I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and will be taking this matter further. Avoid these con artists like the plague if you don't want to spend hours of time trying to get your money back.
