I came to Sattva Yoga seeking personal training. I was 2 months post-op pretty major foot surgery (I had a complete tendon tear!) and wanted to ease my way back into an exercise routine as an adjunct to physical therapy before returning to work. I did sessions with the owner, Karen, and she was a light in my healing! Each session felt like it was building on the previous and she supported me in progressively regaining my flexibility and stability. The most important thing to me was that she provided a safe space both physically and mentally. Sessions with her were very grounding and peaceful. I've never felt more of a body/mind connection with any other form of exercise! The space is also super clean and tidy. I highly recommend this studio

Love the studio and the energy Karen has lovingly instilled in such a short time. Enjoying Jessica's thoughtfully taught classes. I look forward to many more classes at Sattva YOGA and seeing this yoga studio grow.

Great space and welcome addition to the heights. Karen Mandell really brings it to the neighborhood with her much appreciated warmth, devotion and joy, and the space has the same peaceful spirit, hospitality and kindness that I'd expect from such a knowledgeable, tranquil and serene teacher... She is just as effective with the newcomers as she is with old timers, and I've never felt so at ease with the practice as I felt at Sattva-
This place is the real deal... Highly recommended!
