Yoga VidaUNDERWHELMING... AND did not surpass or come near my expectation. The heated flow class had at least 40 people... packed like sardines for an 8 am train.. found it counterproductive for a yoga class where those come for space and peace from the hustle and bustle.... more
I feel like it is a really great place to both float in and out, as well as to commit to. Everything feels clean and organized and there is a spaciousness that feels great even in the small rooms.... more
very unique. I've been to the studio twice. The space is beautiful, clean and ample room to get dressed prior to classes. You don't feel like you're on top of other people when you're getting in/out.... more
I attended the Mysore session on Sunday ....great shala with very highly experienced teachers and assistants... positive vibe. The class was definitely a good workout but I think it is misleading to call the class Vinyasa.... more
