Like they say, you get what you pay for, but the pros outweigh the cons. This gym is no frills but has enough machines and equipment so that there is rarely a wait. You have to bring your own towel and there are no specialty group classes like in fancier gyms, but you can sign up for mini exercise sessions with a trainer and if you are the only one who signs up then it's almost like having a personal training session.... more
