First impression poor as all get out. Made an appointment after joining on line, woke up early Saturday only to find out that the young lady who schedule my appointment made it for the wrong day, I did not ask the extremely rude young lady who poorly attempted to assist me her name , not only was she rude but she spoke with a tone as if I made the mistake and not her incompetent co worker, the reviews stated the staff was rude, the young lady next to her was very pleasant.... more
