Small, naturally lit, mirrorless studio. Friendly, helpful staff! The hot yoga class itself is perfectly heated: warm enough to get your muscles relaxed into deeper stretches without being overbearing. I love the light aromatherapy that's incorporated. The power hour moves a bit too fast for a newbie like me who's unfamiliar with the sequence, but I still enjoyed it!

Amazing studio! Seriously, not enough good things to say. Great music, calm atmosphere, friendly staff, and knowledgeable instructors. My only ask from the studio are a few 7am classes, so I have the opportunity to go more days during the week! Highly recommend.
