My favorite thing about the classes is that anyone, regardless of skill level or fitness level, can participate and enjoy them. Unlike other workouts at other gyms, these classes require your full attention so not only are they a stress reliever physically, but they force you to be mindful and present for an hour (not thinking about your grocery list, the work presentation tomorrow, etc). Each instructor's class is unique and during class, the other trainers circulate to give one-on-one advice. It's a great community and I'm so glad to be a part of it.
I canceled my NYSC membership the day after my first Title class and don't regret it at all.
