Title is so incredibly friendly and I always have the best time! Everyone is so welcoming and accommodating. The gym is very spacious and they keep it in tip top shape. I take private and group lessons each week and I always look forward to them. I have worked out in multiple top gyms in the city and Ardsley Title Boxing is by far the best! The classes are so much fun and they push you the right amount to really sweat it out! I never thought I would be the type of person to enjoy boxing but it is now my favorite form of workout!
My favorite thing about the classes is that anyone, regardless of skill level or fitness level, can participate and enjoy them. Unlike other workouts at other gyms, these classes require your full attention so not only are they a stress reliever physically, but they force you to be mindful and present for an hour (not thinking about your grocery list, the work presentation tomorrow, etc). Each instructor's class is unique and during class, the other trainers circulate to give one-on-one advice. It's a great community and I'm so glad to be a part of it.
I canceled my NYSC membership the day after my first Title class and don't regret it at all.
I love Title Boxing. It's a really positive gym experience..from the owners to the instructors. The workout is intense, but you can take it at your own pace and I never get bored.
This place and these people are absolutely amazing!! Frank and Jeanine make you feel like you are family, and the boxing teachers are fabulous.
The studio is also spotlessly clean. I can't thank them enough for my incredible experiences here. Best boxing club in NY!!!

I am addicted! I love this place, love the owners, love the trainers and staff and have met some great people there. It's a friendly, no judgment zone, everyone works out to their own ability. I've been going since it opened and enjoy every class. The trainers and other members are very motivating and keep me going back for more.

It's fun, great calorie burn, great instructors...and very addictive! I look forward to every class! The owners are wonderful and welcoming people.

A phenomenal person with a good, ambitious personality. Great inspiration and motivation. Def recommend him for everything. He knows how to push you past your limits and believe in you. Give him a goal and you'll definitely reach it

TITLE Boxing Club in Ardsley is amazing! I just love everything about the club, from the incredible staff and trainers to all the killer classes. I feel GREAT after each and every class I take!!! Title Boxing club is a MUST JOIN!!! I joined in late November and besides having a blast taking all the classes, I have lost 17 lbs so far and ton of inches all over! I couldn't recommend a better place to workout!!!
SO happy I found a workout that I enjoy! It is challenging but you can go at your own pace. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. You feel like part of the family right away. Highly recommend :)

I was looking for a change of pace workout and found it. Great boxing work out with total body conditioning included. Friendly owners and staff. Nice, big and clean facility. Excellent instructors. My stamina has improved with each workout. They also have a few weight area. Great place to change up your workout.

Incredible staff, coaches and equipment. I cancelled my regular gym membership and use title for boxing and standard cardio and weight training. Love the "work out of the day" too! Thanks guys, you're awesome!!
