These guys are so much fun! I went to pole play and hated it. The owner is so rude. Here it's fun! I'm in love!!! And you get more for less. To have someone Cheer when you get a move is amazing! Please do yourself a favor and go here. In love!!!!!!!
This was one of the worst experiences with a small business in Buffalo I have ever had in my life. Never showed up for a scheduled bachelorette party, and never refunded our money (we had to dispute the charges with our credit card company). Then, weeks after the fact when trying to get a refund, they had the audacity to try to shift the blame on me stating that I had changed the date of the party several times. I had called, booked, paid for the party in one phone call. Just horribly unprofessional and unaccountable for any mistakes that were made. We made no demands for the missed appointment, we simply asked for a refund. I don't foresee this company lasting very long with the way it's run and treats potential new clients
