I know a lot of people love this place, but I'm just not a fan of hot yoga. I think the heat makes you think that you're more limber than you are and encourages people to stretch past your limits.... more
Great space, excellent customer service. Love the early morning classes and the music and art cultivation that accompanies the mindfulness practice. I'm not an expert yoga practitioner but I always feel comfortable going to Shakti!.... more
