I was nervous when I first walked in here because everyone seems to be in great shape, but the staff and instructors are so welcoming! They will show you how to set up your bike; and though every class is very structured and motivating, the challenge level is up to you. They explain modifications you can make throughout every class, but if you're in shape there are many ways to challenge yourself. I have tried the RevRide, Rev + Abs, and TRX classes. Each left me feeling great afterward, and sore the next day!
I noticed that in each treadmill there is a card that shows what levels you should use if you want to walk through a RevRun class, so it seems those are just as accessible as their other classes and I look forward to trying one soon. Also, the Healthy Scratch smoothies and bowls are delicious, and you can order ahead if you know you'll want one at the end of class!
