After years of dieting and trying to lose weight, I decided to seek out a personal trainer. It took not even 30 seconds after googling "Best personal trainers in Buffalo" for NextLeveltraining716 to pop up. My reaction to the 5.0 rating, and the excellent reviews was "I've gotta meet this guy Rich, I need him to train me." Rich was prompt in responding to my inquiry and scheduling a consult. My first impressions were confirmed. A professional, knowledgeable trainer, in a nice, new, clean facility, with a modern industrial feel, and a private environment. I was never a fan of going to the gym. But with the location being Downtown Buffalo and right off the highway, I have no problem getting there. So, is it worth it? Absolutely! In the short time Rich has been training me, I've learned that eating healthy doesn't mean starving or eliminating good foods from your diet, I have an understanding of exercise and my views are realistic, I no longer rely on quick fixes as I've always done in the past. I now know the importance of consistency and Rich helped me to be patient and trust the process. I am stronger, my clothes fit me better and I feel really good and confident that I will reach my goal and soon!
