Be advised that this is how Patrick speaks to customers with chronically ill kids during the Covid-19 pandemic. To be very fair he does state no refunds upon signing up... but these are extraordinary times that call for basic respectful communication, dialogue, and problem solving. My son has kidney disease and is on a daily chemo drug that makes him more at risk AND also more likely to be a carrier.. he cannot return to these classes "at the next session" without putting himself and other children at risk.
This is not a business that actually cares about kids and policies are rigid even in extraordinary times when every other class and activity is being canceled/refunded. Obviously everyone wants to support small businesses right now, but if the service cannot be offered as originally agreed to there is no reason that a request for a refund would be responded to this rudely.
Especially upon discussing with other homeschooling parents and finding his negative attitude is well known. Look elsewhere for these classes, gyms are all over the place and so are kinder people to teach your children.

Welcoming, well-organized, fantastic customer service, safe & challenging equipment ... our 11 year old loves it!
Reasons I love hybrid fitness:
1. You can buy a package for classes or open play and attend when it works best in your schedule - this works great for my busy family.
2. You can watch what your kids are doing and most importantly see how they improve, develop skills, and stick with the obstacles even when they are struggling.
3. This is great for athletic children to work on skills for ninja or other sports - more significant in my opinion is when kids who aren't the most athletic or naturally coordinated work on skills - improve and gain confidence.
4. Patrick and the team at hybrid fitness treat the kids like family - my kids feel comfortable and supported here.

Great value and lots of exercises. I brought my 12 year old and his friend and they spent 2 hours. Patrick is exceptional with customer service and looking out for the kids. Really recommend!
My kids love going to Hybrid Ninja Academy! They are challenged with the obstacles that are always changing. They have made great friends taking classes and competing. The ninja league that started this year is a ton of fun to watch, too! We highly recommend this place.
So cool to have this place locally! Patrick the owner was actually on American Ninja Warriors so that is an extra perk. He is kind, helpful and hands on when he needs to be. He let's the children try new things and encourages them along the way. Definitely recommend checking them out!!

Just had my son's 10th birthday party there. Patrick and his staff are the absolute best. Every kid had a great time and the individual attention they each got was awesome. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Hybrid Ninja. Thank you again, Jake and his friends had a great time!

Horrible experience for a child birthday party. The one worker was flat out rude to the guests and children and huffed and puffed about everything.

I had my 5 and 7 year old birthday party at hybrid fitness this past Saturday and it was one of the best parties ever. The kids were engaged in obstacles just like on the show American ninja warrior. The owner Patrick and his partner were fantastic from beginning to end. There really wasn't much time for food or opening presents since they were busy from beginning to end. We went with cupcakes knowing this ahead of time. Once are party was over the next one would start shortly after. Both the kids and parents were very happy when it was over and we received many thanks yous on the way home. Thanks again guys for the great party!
Since the review hybrid fitness downtown location is no longer open. We are now happily going too build a machine located near Elmwood and Sheridan ave. The owner is very nice and involved with the training session.
Had my 2 boys b-day party here. 26 kids ranging from 7-12 years old. Patrick was great with them - enthusiastic, encouraging and fun. All of the kids were completely engaged to me entire time. Very happy with our experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a unique party experience.
