I'm glad this venue works for some of you. Unfortunately, it is not friendly to new people. I got my membership as a benefit from my health plan. All I got was a key fob and a card for a trainer I could not reach. I went in anyway and a very nice lady tried to help but she was so busy. She gave me her card but again she was busy and we could not connect. Finally, weeks later I called the owner/manager who made an appointment for the following Monday 9 am. I went but she didn't show. The nice lady called her but could not reach her. I tried listing something on one of their blogs to no avail. My issue is I'm new to the gym world and just needed a couple of tips on how to get started. I assume you need to use the right equipment to avoid injury and target specific areas, right? I tried to contact another person, who never got back to me. Thankfully, my health plan tells me AF doesn't get paid if I don't go. However, that doesn't help me out any. Other than the nice lady who tried to help the first time, no one else seems to care about new people.
