I am looking for a gym for my mom and thought Anytime fitness would be a good one because of the location. However, I have called Anytime fitness at the Rio Rancho location and Albuquerque location multiple times at different hours of the day and they NEVER answer the phone. This a red flag already of poor customer service. They are not getting my business.

The owner is super nice and always motivates you to go harder. Gym is clean and smells good.

I am one of those who had made a New Years Resolution to get in better shape than I was. My friend brought me here since it is open 24/7 and that is great for my schedule.

I got a 1-week free trial. Its $30+ a month for a 12-month contract. With option to pause if money gets a little tight. The management has been really helpful and friendly. And its usually pretty quiet and not jammed full of people. The machines feel a little dated. But for what it is, its a great little place.

I joined the gym in Texas. It takes 30 days to be able to go to any gym. It has not been 30 days yet This gym instead of making me have to work out when they are staffed they gave me a key fob good for the 2 weeks I am here so that I could go any time that was best for me. I really appreciate that they did this for me. I have now been able to work out when I want And I can just drop off the key fob on my last day. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF.. and when I have been going everyone in the gym has been very nice

I joined the gym in Texas. It takes 30 days to be able to go to any gym. It has not been 30 days yet This gym instead of making me have to work out when they are staffed they gave me a key fob good for the 2 weeks I am here so that I could go any time that was best for me. I really appreciate that they did this for me. I have now been able to work out when I want And I can just drop off the key fob on my last day. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF.. and when I have been going everyone in the gym has been very nice

Place is a rip off, the way they charge people is ridiculous. I told them I wanted my membership canceled and it's a month to month, well two months later without me going to the gym they have collections calling me for 120+$$ uh hello I haven't even been inside the place... why would I pay them? So now they have a collections ruining my credit. Guaranteed this place closes down with this kind of practice. Whole reason I canceled is because they have no one cleaning this place. There's roaches in the bathroom and people who go in there just horse around. They sit on the equipment on their cellphones and scream at the top of their lungs. Not a good workout.

No service. Before I talk much I think it's important to note that the 3.2 rating here is artificially increased as a rating. The club owner gave himself a 5 star rating but his patrons don't share the sentiment. No times posted on the door other than 10- and no closing time. I've been by at 10, at 1 and at 3 and called during normal business hours to never have my call returned or answered. All this and I'm not a member yet. If it's this hard to find the owner or staff to give them my money, how will their customer service be when they take my money? I think the other reviewers showed the true colors. This business model is setup so that all you need to do is be there during hours, return calls and fix customer issues. After that the money just comes in auto billed each month. Don't take money and then slap in the face of customers that you get their money for doing nothing. Just work for it.
FYI Noel should be of good business ethic and remove his self promotion of 5 starts until he can earn them by giving good customer service.

I go to this gym because it's down the street and I enjoy being able to work out anytime, day or night. I can't say much for the employees since I've never asked them for help or needed anything from them. There isn't a whole lot of variety when it comes to equipment but it's enough to get the job done. If you live very close it's just fine and worth the convenience, otherwise explore all your options. The people who go to this gym are very friendly, at least the ones at night are.

I'm glad this venue works for some of you. Unfortunately, it is not friendly to new people. I got my membership as a benefit from my health plan. All I got was a key fob and a card for a trainer I could not reach. I went in anyway and a very nice lady tried to help but she was so busy. She gave me her card but again she was busy and we could not connect. Finally, weeks later I called the owner/manager who made an appointment for the following Monday 9 am. I went but she didn't show. The nice lady called her but could not reach her. I tried listing something on one of their blogs to no avail. My issue is I'm new to the gym world and just needed a couple of tips on how to get started. I assume you need to use the right equipment to avoid injury and target specific areas, right? I tried to contact another person, who never got back to me. Thankfully, my health plan tells me AF doesn't get paid if I don't go. However, that doesn't help me out any. Other than the nice lady who tried to help the first time, no one else seems to care about new people.
