I joined this CKO with my wife late 2016 and have loved every minute of it. The staff is friendly, the owner, Ann Marie, is great, and the gym has a good set-up with spacing and fans. The classes are always a little different, even with the same trainers, and you'll definitely "feel it" in the days after.
A class will typically have a warm-up period of 5-15 minutes depending on the trainer, then you really get into the workout. Its a total body workout so expect punches, elbows, knees, and kicks, obviously, but also a lot of leg and shoulder work, with abs thrown in the mix as well. The trainers encourage you the entire workout but also tell you to grab water if you need it at any time. They also provide modifications and challenges within the moves and combinations if you want to try something a little tougher, or its an off day and you need a little break. Overall, its a killer workout that can be as great as you want it to be depending on the effort you put it.
For my wife and I, its a great workout, a friendly, helpful staff and owner, and very convenient as classes are typically 5:30 and 5:45 on weekdays which means I can come right after work. I would recommend everyone at least give the trial class a shot as it really can be an addiction.
