Love the new gym, since it has re located to the new mall across the street from were it was. Very clean and the location is great. It really is a bargain what you get for the price. They have everything i need, from tanning to weights, love using the massage chairs and beds, they feel great. Overall, a great experience, great place to get a workout in.

I knew based off the reviews that this gym was going to be small. Went in yesterday and wow. Its half the size of the previous location. The freeweight section is laughable. They have like 70 treadmills for whatever reason. Thursday at 1:30pm all 4 smith machines were taken up. Dont expect to have a good selection of workout equipment unless you're a runner or beginner. Ill be canceling and looking elsewhere.

Gym is a busy place but plenty of equipment to keep everyone happy. Plenty of parking and the gym is always clean. Staff is very nice and I enjoy going to this location.

Manager isnt kind at all. He pretty much didnt answer questions and when I tried telling him what I wanted to do, he pre planned my workout and didnt bother asking what was bothering me

Its ok not great. Its always messy trash over flowing and the weights\ equipment are never put back. Its a good value if you pay 10 a month but hard to find workout space when its busy which is most of the time.

I was looking for GYM and a friend of mine referred Planet Fitness. Terrible experience ever. I signed up for membership on friday 11th and the receptionist was Carol and she told me to sign up for black card that I do not have to put any money down. After signed up, automatically they charge on my bank account 10 dolares ( me and my husband). I ask her and she told to not worry because this is prorate and next bill will be in June 17th. Today they charge more 43.98 from my checking account. I went to talk to the manager ( That is so rude person) he said I have signed up the papers and I asked him why she told me nothing up front. I asked to cancel my membership right way and he sarcastic say I can cancel but not going to refund you. I told him I already pay till today, that is not fair you charge me a month ahead with membership cancelled. I called my bank and this will be solve. Please keep away from this GYM.
Another factor that happens. Yesterday I asked them to help my husband to turn on one machine. A lady was help him and after I got her talking about my husband with the manager on reception desk, just because he does not speak english well.
I am so frustrated and traumatized with this gym in only one week.
They lied to me and steal my money. So depressed. I do not understand why they say something and after they change.

Terrible gym in whole, they are cheap but also knowing you get what you pay for, their trainers are less than enthusiastic which makes you feel like they just want it to end, little assistance and they have bizarre Black card only devices that are not effective. They let you get your membership online but to cancel they require an on site visit, this is to try and keep you. Also real gym provide all useful machines, they have 80% cardio. Not helpful. Cancelled my membership after a year. So I spent 120.00 and no gain or loss it just is there.

There aren't enough water fountains and the equipment has no smart features (log in to record exercise) but otherwise a well equipped gym.
