As I got closer to retirement, a regular yoga practice seemed necessary. I began with Friday noon, added in Sunday afternoon. I wanted to be more flexible, work on easing my back pain. YOGA BALANCE was affordable and offered a wide selection of classes 7 days a week.
That was eight years ago. Later, I expanded to 5 days a week at noon.
Yoga has seen me through 2 knee replacements, allowed me to give up ointment for the back, and made me limber in my day to day life. The Yoga instructors vary by day and all are excellent. Well done, YB!
