The best aerial studio around! Aerial is a great workout and helps you build a ton of core strength, upper body strengrh and flexibility. It's so fun, you don't realize how much work you're doing. The environment is also amazing. The owner, Karlene, is a great person and learns the names of the new students and welcomes you. A group of women who have already built a rapport could turn into an uncomfortable clique for a newcomer but everyone is so great. I love all the teachers and have made great friends with fellow students. I felt like I belonged right away and aerial had become a passion of mine.

Just had my best friend's bachelorette party here and it was so much fun! They made it so easy so fun with having the perfect amount of work out for 2 weeks before the wedding lol. I would recommend this place for anyone with it be a private event or just a class. If I lived closer I definitely would be signing up for weekly classes.

I was looking for a fun way to strengthen my core to help with lower back problems. Not only is it amazingly fun, the instructors are Fantastic! Every class has something new. It's not only been great for my back, but incredibly powerful for stress! Kama Fitness is an absolute Must!

Absolutely amazing place! I have never felt more alive and happy! I didn't want to leave! Pretty sure i found the passion i was looking for, will be back again and again and have already told everyone i know about how amazing this is! So happy its close by!

I started taking Aerial classes here because I wanted to try something different and I needed to add more positive things in my life. I continued because the classes gave me strength, confidence and piece of mind I never knew I could obtain. Karlene is a phenomenal instructor in everything that she teaches. She's both encouraging and inspiring. I started with just taking the beginner's aerial silks class. They were challenging and I liked that because I wasn't looking for anything easy. Then, school started up again after winter break and I felt I needed something that was good for both my body and my mind. So I added Aerial yoga, which is the best yoga classes I have ever taken. It gives all of the stretch with out any of the joint strain. Later, I found that I was lacking in the strength I needed to advance in Aerial silks, and so I started taking the Aerial Fit class. It is amazing how much each class gives you something a little different and I love it! I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I was nervous going to my first class because I didn't know anyone at the studio and wasn't sure if I'd even be able to physically do the class. Nerves quickly subsided; Karlene instantly makes you feel welcome and accommodates all physical abilities. The classes at Kama Fitness are such a great workout and they let you challenge yourself. I see progress with every class I go to and that feeling is amazing. Both instructors and other students are so supportive and encouraging; you'll feel like your a member of a family here. If you're thinking about trying aerial, stop thinking about it and go do it at Kama - you won't regret it!

I came across Kama Fitness when I was looking to get back into Aerial Silks after taking a break for a couple years. I am so happy I have met Karlene! Her knowledge and skill as an instructor has reignited my passion for aerial silks. Every class I have taken at Kama Fitness has been thoughtful, well planned and wildly welcoming. Whether you're a beginner or advanced student, Karlene will find a way to challenge you while making you feel safe and confident. Take a class...you'll be hooked!!

Extremely fun workouts, both the workouts themselves and the instructors :) I was really nervous to try aerial, but once I started I was hooked! Love every class I have taken so far. My flexibility has improved drastically and I think that has really helped keep me from getting hurt in other workouts and running.
