Like, do you need someone who *knows* how the body and brain connect and work together? Do you consider yourself in need of someone who listens and understands what you know about your body and how it's not operating properly and can be empathetic and completely focuses on helping you get back to working right? I love this place. I have been meaning to put Pilates back in my life and found this club! It is awesome! Such friendly staff, lots of parking and just all around awesome spot. Johanna Halosz is such an amazing instructor she teaches with the perfect balance of challenge and ease.... more
