So far so good. 2 workouts under my belt. While it is all new the instructors and class are all very encouraging. Feels like family. Thinking I found my alternative to weight lifting and running on the treadmill.

Love the ever changing variety of workouts and that cardio is incorporated into daily workout. A shout out to the Reno So location as I was having a very bad week ( medical and a son being deployed overseas) and had to cancel pretty much last minute due to changes in deployment schedule. I appreciate them working with me as I was a stressed out nut case for a week or two!

As a long time gym-rat who got bored with working out I love that everyday is a different workout. I appreciate that the coaches tell me what to do, how to do it and how long to do it....essentially I get to turn my brain off once I'm in the door, lol! I also appreciate that the coaches are motivating, friendly and helpful if I need to modify an exercise.

I had a blast! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredible and made you feel at home. The trainer was fun and upbeat which made the class even more fun. I really liked how the workout was designed so that each person could work at their own pace and really focus on pushing themselves to their own max potential. It was a fun environment and I am looking forward to joining in on the fun again!

I was visiting from my home studio out of state. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Class was typically great. I enjoyed my time there.

I am a mom, a teacher and wife and I get a lot of different stress (good and/or bad) thrown my directions on a daily basis. Orange theory is my outlet to combat my mental status. On my bad days at home or work, my workout is usually the best and I always eave feeling positive to take on my life. I love the coaches and the owner! They are always so positive and encouraging especially on my tough days! I love the members as well! Love the constant encouragement and push to do the best. OTF has changed my life and how I look at my stress! Thank you OTF!!!

Orangetheory is the only workout program I have ever done that keeps me coming back. Great program given by the BEST coaches. It is the only program that gives you a complete workout and is different each time you go.

I resisted checking out OTF, as I am an outdoor workout person, but relentless pestering by my three adult daughters (all converts), combined with my realization that I wasn't staying fit motivated me to take the plunge.

Have I developed a sudden love for treadmills? Absolutely not! It's a love-hate relationship. I love that I can work hard and receive immediate feedback on my effort via the heart rate monitor, so I'm willing to use it. I work so much harder in the weight room portion of the workouts than I would on my own, and I love that I work at my own pace but with the constant support of the coaches and the fact that everyone else is right there with me. The workouts are challenging so I push to get stronger, and the results are undeniable so I keep going back! No judgement, just support and well-structured workouts that are never boring.

The instant feedback of watching my heartrate is invaluable. I love having a coach who tells me what to do, but at the same time, I am working at my own pace. There's accountability, but also independence. Having results that I can view and compare is so helpful. I am hooked!

Awesome workout. Great for all fitness levels. I attend spin class 5-6 times a week and I was still sore the next day. Great way to mix up workouts. Everyone was really nice and they made me feel welcomed on my first visit. Will definitely go back.

This is probably the best fitness place in Reno. The high intensity workouts are super motivating, keeps you competitive, and the music is really fun! The coaches are really great and positive. It is a great way to start your day. 5 stars indeed.

I recently visited Orange theory, and was very impressed with their workouts. Not boring at all, and if you can join , I'm sure you will make your fitness goals by attending their facility. With such motivating trainers and techy equipment your surely going to Max out your calorie burn!! You have to try in once!!!!

It is such a great all around 1 hr work out. The trainers are awesome and they motivate you to keep going!! I highly recommended OTF.

This has become my favorite place to workout. Staff is great, facility and equipment always clean and workouts are never boring. Great for all levels. Highly recommend it.

Love the workout! I'm in! I'm out! All in under an hour! And if I were to go to the gym on my own for an hour I would burn half the calories!

The workout is as challenging as you want to make it. Having your vital signs on the wall means you can see how hard you're working and make sure you get in the orange zone to burn the most fat after you're done. It's not hard to learn the moves, every time it's different so you don't get bored. I pushed myself pretty hard and felt good about it. And there are showers! Which none of the previous studio workout places I have been in have. Nice to be able to clean up and go on with my day right from there.

Regardless of your fitness experience, they don't let you workout in the 5am or 6am classes if it is your first time. They dont notify you of this until you are standing infront of them at 5 in the morning and arent willing to make exceptions.

It is different every time I go so it that makes it interesting and challenging. I really enjoy seeing my heartbeat on the screen so I know when I need to dig a little deeper and leave with an empty tank. The instructors make the greatest difference between these classes and other gyms I been a part of in the past. All of the instructors are very positive and upbeat. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and they stay focused on everyone; quickly correcting poor form and helping out as needed. I like that I see the instructors working out in classes from time to time so I know they are going through the same routines and asking us to do what they are willing to do themselves. The cleanliness is also nice, but above everything the staff makes this gym different from all of the others.

Loved it, educated me on all aspects, never felt "lost" warm staff, friendly people. Equipment was in excellent condition and though its pricey to join it seemed a good investment for me to have a place I look forward to going to. :)

Orangetheory Fitness is a 1 hour, total body workout. Half of the time is spent on endurance and the other half is spent on strength and power training. Everyone wears a heartrate monitor and the goal is to increase your heartrate for 12-20 minutes at 85% of your maximum. We train in 5 heartrate zones that are backed by science. All results show up in real time in the studio on large monitors. All classes are taught by a nationally-certified, professional fitness coach to help you get results and to prevent over-training or under-training.
