When I put both of my girls in this class i didnt know how they would like it but after the 1st class they were hooked. They were so excited and could not wait for the next class. I love how dedicated the coach is to teaching all the kids.... more
Great facility and on the military base. I grew up as a military brat and lived at a few bases back in the day...they were nothing like this one. Five star gym - just wish they had paper towels.... more
This place is awsome. Had no idea about excercise or where to start but these guys really push you to the limit to make sure you can accomplish you're goals, Highly recommend. Best gym for SGX training! Small groups.... more
I really like the gym. Great place to bring your kids! They even offer free tutoring with any paid membership! My daughter went from a F to a C in math super quick. And she actually understands what she is working on now.... more
I do not recommend this place for children, nor children with special needs. They do not follow youth boxing rules and regulations.. This is an awesome gym, I'm really happy that I finally joined.... more
Very energetic atmosphere. Trainers are very helpful they teach you different techniques for different levels of fitness.. Good experience training here. They always work with you throughout and I would 100% recommend this place.... more
Thinking that browns was the place for my daughter was the biggest mistake i could have ever made. They take such favortism to particular children and don't pay attention to the ones that they don't think have that college future.... more

Perfect place for senior activities glad I found it. The karate teacher in the front of the building, is a great communicator with the kids and teens and parents, gives a military type of discipline to his program and from what I've learned he is a volounteer and a multiple award karate champion, they also say he's a combat Marine who served 2 tours in Iraq or something, it's a great school from what I've seen and heard, there are other schools though that of course have a better curriculum, but his class seems to achieve the goal of teaching the patrons self defense and fitness as well as giving them a disciplined environment.... more

Great gym and open space, downside not 24 hours and closed on Sundays great gym!. Dont know about the facility, because it was closed when I got there at 3pm.. Even though their google business page said they were open until 10pm on Christmas eve.... more
