Mens locker room is filthy. Pretty sures there's mold growing in there as well. Got four sinks with only 1 hand dryer and no paper towels. Urinals flush very poorly too. Overall super gross.
I was given big smiles and lots of happy vibes from Ramon here at 24 Hour Fitness well I was visiting Las Vegas, thank you for being a good human being to me today.
Not a 24 hour anymore, still dirty and empty spray bottles, empty hand sanitizer and empty paper towels, all mirrors need a real good clean and keep them clean, bathroom has mold, the walls and curtains are nasty, smell dirty, empty soap bottles. Classes like Zumba, body pump and that just gets canceled and not enough of them really expensive gym for what it offers and the staff is great just the chick with black hair and blondish ends on the phone all the time if you need help she doesn't drop the phone. You guys needs to improve this place or drop the prices Planet Fitness and EoS looking better than you for less.
I joined 24 hour fitness because I have an irregular schedule, so I like being able to do my workouts late night, like 1 or 2 AM. So tonight I got in my swim suit, went down to go for a swim and use the hot tub, since I hate using it when it's crowded, during regular hours. But now it's CLOSED at 1 AM. That's the WHOLE reason I joined, was the 24 hour accessibility. My membership just finished for the year, and I'm going to have to cancel it.
Best gym on the east side of Vegas. Great free weight, dumb bell, and kettle bell section. Most of the members who come here are chill and keep to themselves. I've been a member of this gym since 2006. Other gyms on the east side can't compete with the amount of weight lifting machines and free weights here.
Let all club sport members have some, or at least limited entry to super sport gyms a year. it's awful how it's segregated by how much one can afford, as long as you follow the rules and are a paying member you should get at least some or limited access to a
Super sport or ultra sport so you can train with a friend in that area or gym, it may also give people incentive to upgrade. Also all your gyms should be treated equally in maintenance and appearance, the East Charleston location is terribly outdated and not structurally
Maintained, with baseboards missing, patches on walls dents on the ceiling tiles , taped and dirty signs and limited sanitation stations to wipe down equipment..(just a few things I noticed on my first visit) with members paying the same price as other locations in better condition.. I just joined your gym and it's crazy how the membership and physical gyms are all structured and am only here trying to give advice to both customers and 24hr.
As homeless, often they offer a free 3 days, so I can shower, and stay in shape!

Gym stinks! Supposed to have upgraded it and it still looks like a club from the 90s with the same old equipment. Dont waste your time or money on this location! Toilets still broke same old gym. Not worth $30 a month!

Good gym. Went here for a year until we moved. People talking about "hidden fees" are blaming others for them not paying attention to what they are freaking signing up for. Never had a problem with cleanliness. It can get a little busy at times, but I've definitely been to gyms that are way more packed. Equipment is good; they have modern machines that multiple other 24hour locations in the valley still do not have.

This is a really nice gym. The custodians here do an amazing job of keeping the all the machines clean. I'll be working out and see them pass by and clean the machines without drawing attention. They're like ninjas! Super empty in the morning and afternoons. Monday is the busiest day and it just drops down in number as you go further in the week until you get to Sunday where it's basically dead. Never had problems with getting charged. It's like 50 bucks to sign up on your own I think but they always have a promotion going all year where if you sign up with a buddy it only comes out to 60 for the both of you. So you end up paying 30 bucks each, every month for one year.

Had three day free pass they wouldn't honor because I'm not from Las Vegas. Had me fairly upset. But the facility is near perfect for weight lifting. All very high quality equipment, extremely solid. The time that I've spent there people leave me alone and no one is doing outlandish, dangerous, and/or stupid things to distract me from my routine.
Go to the new one on trop. It opened Sat. If you are over 65 it is free with some ins. Plans
The machines aren't always working some at the front desk are rude ,specially a white guy with a ponytail that has muscles and he's young ,very rude
Pretty good equipment. But they don't have the new stuff. Would be nice if they had better locker room and pool. All needs lots of TLC. The staff doesn't like when you tell them of issues.
Horrible gym. Horrible staff. Disgusting dirty. Got a pass to try it out and would never come back here.

Dirty but functional. Staff does not seem concerned about putting things away. Many of the members do not seem to put things away, or care about cleanliness
Decent gym. Dumbbells are never put away, and machines seem to be broken for long periods of time. I wouldn't necessarily say is worth the price, except it's close and I get a good workout in despite. Staff is great, Maya is awesome in the mornings very friendly.
Amenities are pretty cool, though I've yet to use them: sauna, steam room, and pool.
Gym is need of a upgrade big time. The equipment is run downed and under staffed. Staff does not conduct team cleans and equipment is all over the place. There is no way you can run a gym this size with two staff.
Old need to up date had membership for sport 24. Small. Canceled my membership. The sport j was 25 mins away
