I was lucky enough to find this location as my normal gym had closed due to COVID 19. I want to compliment Mandy (the mgr) for her stringent following of the LCHD rules for keeping a gym open. I had a "temporary" membership and was treated very well by her & her staff. It is a very well run location and I was quite impressed overall. If I had not already signed with another gym recently I would be coming here. If you are looking to find a gym and you live close to this one you would be well served checking it out.

This is by far the best gym I have been a member of. The staff is friendly and helpful. The trainers are knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the gym is well kept and clean. They really care about their members and it shows!! I highly recommend this gym!

I have been a member of AF in south Lincoln for several years!!! I have had great success with sessions with all the trainers there. They are prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic. The gym is always clean and the staff is friendly and happy to help you with any questions. They offer great small training sessions as well as one on one training sessions- so you can tailor your training to your desire/needs. The price monthly is tough to beat with all the great amenities!!!!! I would recommend this gym to anyone solely based on the amazing staff!!!!

The facility is very nice and spacious. However, bring noise cancelling headphones as the music is always blasting and the lead trainer will always be talking extremely loud to anyone she encounters to the point that you can still hear her WITH noise cancelling headphones. It will definitely disrupt your workout.
Also, the trainers regularly walk around with no shoes on and I have yet to ever seen one of them wipe down any equipment, whether working out alone or working with a client.
If those gripes don't bother you though the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

This club is my perfect solution to staying fit. It's open 24/7 so No matter what my schedule is, it works. The gym is always clean and well maintained. Plenty of free weights, machines, cardio equipment and room for calisthenics, and fun and encouraging staff. Very reasonably priced. A+

This facility fits our needs perfectly. Close to home, they have the equipment we are looking for, not overly crowed, and continually cleaned. The staff are friendly and ready to help. Love that we can go "anytime", not constrained to set hours. If you're looking for a nice gym, you should check them out.

The staff aren't that knowledgeable, the managers are absolutely lazy and ignorant, equipment is always outdated. Their greedy two faced morons. I highly don't recommend this location at all, if there was a rating of zero that's how much I would give this location in their ratings.
